Who we are
Rungsiyo Co., Ltd., founded 2003 and owner of the NEXZAFE brand ("we", "us", "the Company") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
This website is a quote-request platform for industrial and safety equipment. There's no shopping cart or online payment — actual purchases are arranged separately through our sales team.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request
- Contact name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Email address and phone number
- Tax ID, if you need a tax invoice
- The products and quantities you're requesting pricing for
- Any additional notes or a needed-by date, if provided
When you sign in with LINE (optional)
We only request your LINE display name and profile picture, used to show your account menu and quote history. We don't request access to your email address, friend list, or any other LINE data.
Cookies and data stored on your device
- Your language preference (Thai/English)
- Your sign-in status, if you're logged in with LINE
- Products you've selected to compare or include in a quote request — this stays on your device and is only sent to us when you submit the request
When you contact us directly
If you reach us by phone, email, or our LINE Official Account, we keep whatever information you share in that conversation to respond to you or provide the service you asked for.
How we use your information
- To process your quote request and follow up with accurate pricing
- To issue a tax invoice, if you provided a tax ID
- To send quote status updates via LINE chat, only for customers signed in with LINE
- To remember your language preference
- To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse

Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing. Your data is only shared with the service providers we rely on to run this website:
- Supabase — our database and file storage provider; this is where quote requests and LINE account data are actually stored
- LINE Corporation — for LINE Login and for sending quote status updates through the LINE Messaging API
- Cloudflare — the infrastructure and network this website runs on
We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site, e.g. Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We'll update this policy if that changes.
How long we keep your data
- Quote requests — kept as long as needed for business and accounting/tax record purposes
- LINE account data — kept while you continue signing in with LINE, deleted on request
- Login session cookie — 30 days
- Temporary LINE sign-in cookies — 10 minutes
- Language preference cookie — 1 year
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access and request a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time — this doesn't affect processing already carried out
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we've failed to comply with the law

How we protect your data
Our login session cookie is httpOnly and all data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to quote request data is limited to the sales staff who need it, and this site never stores card numbers or any payment details — we don't process payments online.

Children's privacy
This website is built for business and adult consumer purchasing of industrial equipment. We don't knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data without parental consent, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our service or the law. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision.
